• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Education.
